Aida, a third generation designer, is a true artist at heart. After graduating from Otis Parson in 1986, she became the head designer at an evening wear company. Aida has always followed her passion and through a remarkable series of opportunities that came her way, she used her innate talent and mother’s advice in 1996 to build a fashion design house under the name NICOLE BAKTI. Today you can find her collection in fine department stores and speciality stores throughout the US, Canada, Japan, Europe and South America. She believes that women want to look sexy and feminine, especially when it comes to evening wear, which is what she does best.
